About Aller-Vista
A clearer view of your allergies
Dr. Nabil Saadeh opened our first clinic in Arlington in 2014 with a simple idea: people with allergies and asthma deserve to know exactly what they react to, and a plan that goes beyond the next refill. Today we care for families across Dallas–Fort Worth from three clinics.

Why “Aller-Vista”
Vista means view. The arcs in our logo are a horizon: the wider view you get when allergies stop narrowing your days. It is also how we practice. We look past the symptom in front of us to the triggers, seasons and habits behind it.
We are independent and physician-owned. That means no hospital facility fees, no pressure to run tests you don’t need, and doctors who decide how much time a visit deserves.
- Board-certified allergists
- Children from 6 months
- Same-week new patient visits
- No facility fees
- Shot hours at every clinic
- Food Allergy Center with OIT

How we work
Four promises we make to every patient, from a toddler with eczema to a grandparent with new asthma.
Test before we treat
We run the tests that fit your history, not a giant panel, and explain what each result means for daily life.
A plan you can follow
Every patient leaves with a written plan: what to take, what to avoid, and what to do if symptoms flare.
Care in your language
English, Spanish and Arabic spoken across our team, with free interpreters for other languages.
Prices up front
Posted self-pay prices and a benefits check before testing, so the bill holds no surprises.
Safety in every dose
Every shot and OIT step is observed by trained nurses, with emergency medicines in every room.
Working with your doctor
We send a clear summary to your primary care doctor or pediatrician after every new visit.
Our providers
Three board-certified allergists and two advanced practice providers.

Dr. Nabil Saadeh, MD
Founder and medical director
Dr. Saadeh opened the first Aller-Vista clinic in Arlington in 2014 after years of watching patients cycle through urgent care for the same spring symptoms. He believes most people with allergies deserve a clear answer about what they react to and a plan that goes beyond the next refill.

Dr. Ingrid Lindqvist, MD
Pediatric allergist, director of the Food Allergy Center
Dr. Lindqvist trained in pediatrics before specializing in allergy and immunology, and food allergy has been the center of her work ever since. She built the Aller-Vista Food Allergy Center around one idea: families should understand every step of oral immunotherapy before they start it.

Dr. Adaeze Nwosu, DO
Allergist and immunologist
Dr. Nwosu leads asthma and eczema care across Aller-Vista. She is often the person patients see when inhalers and creams have stopped being enough and it is time to look at the full picture, including breathing tests, triggers at home and whether a biologic medicine makes sense.
- Focus
- Severe and difficult asthma, atopic dermatitis (eczema), biologic therapy
- Sees patients in

Tomás Arriaga, PA-C

Lucía Paredes, FNP-C
Family nurse practitioner
Lucía spent eight years in pediatric primary care before joining Aller-Vista, and she still thinks like a family practice clinician: what will this plan look like at 7 a.m. on a school day? She sees children and adults for follow-up visits at our Keller clinic.
- Focus
- Pediatric allergy follow-ups, asthma action plans, epinephrine and inhaler teaching

Patient stories

Our son started peanut OIT with Dr. Lindqvist last year. Every up-dose day the nurses explained exactly what to watch for, and we always had a number to call after hours. He just passed his maintenance challenge and we cried in the parking lot.
Tomás did my testing and walked me through the results in Spanish so my mom could follow along. Two years into shots and I made it through cedar season without living on antihistamines.
Dr. Saadeh listened to the whole story instead of handing me another inhaler. The breathing test explained a lot. Being able to talk through things in Arabic with the front desk made my parents comfortable too.
Our daughter’s eczema had been bad since she was a baby. Dr. Nwosu found a contact allergy nobody had tested for and gave us a plan we could actually follow. Her skin has not looked this good in years.
I travel for work and could never keep up with shots. Drops fit my schedule. The team was upfront about the cost and what insurance would and wouldn’t pay before I started.
I had coughed for most of a year. Lucía and Dr. Nwosu worked out it was a mix of postnasal drip and asthma. Three months later I can get through a church service without leaving the room.
