Providers and care team

The people behind your plan

Our providers see children and adults at one or more of our three clinics. Each new patient is matched with the provider whose focus fits their symptoms, and whose language fits their family.

Dr. Nabil Saadeh, MD

Founder and medical director

Dr. Saadeh opened the first Aller-Vista clinic in Arlington in 2014 after years of watching patients cycle through urgent care for the same spring symptoms. He believes most people with allergies deserve a clear answer about what they react to and a plan that goes beyond the next refill.

He is board certified in allergy and immunology and in internal medicine. He sees children and adults, leads the clinic’s immunotherapy program, and has a particular interest in chronic hives and medication allergy evaluations. He speaks English and Arabic.

Dr. Ingrid Lindqvist, MD

Pediatric allergist, director of the Food Allergy Center

Dr. Lindqvist trained in pediatrics before specializing in allergy and immunology, and food allergy has been the center of her work ever since. She built the Aller-Vista Food Allergy Center around one idea: families should understand every step of oral immunotherapy before they start it.

She performs oral food challenges, leads the OIT program for peanut, tree nuts, milk, egg, wheat and sesame, and works with parents of infants on early allergen introduction. Families often mention how much time she spends on the plan for school and daycare.

Allergist and immunologist

Dr. Nwosu leads asthma and eczema care across Aller-Vista. She is often the person patients see when inhalers and creams have stopped being enough and it is time to look at the full picture, including breathing tests, triggers at home and whether a biologic medicine makes sense.

She sees children and adults at our Keller and Mansfield clinics and writes every asthma patient a printed action plan for home, school and sports.

Lucía Paredes, FNP-C

Family nurse practitioner

Lucía spent eight years in pediatric primary care before joining Aller-Vista, and she still thinks like a family practice clinician: what will this plan look like at 7 a.m. on a school day? She sees children and adults for follow-up visits at our Keller clinic.

Parents appreciate her hands-on teaching with spacers, inhalers and epinephrine auto-injectors, in English or Spanish.
