Online
Sign in to the patient portal and choose “Billing.” We accept major credit cards, debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
By phone
Call (817) 704-3182, option 3, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Have your statement number ready.
In person
Pay at the front desk of any of our three clinics during business hours.

Interest-free payment plans are available for balances over $200.
