Questions about our Arlington clinic

Do I need an appointment for allergy shots in Arlington?

No. Once you are on allergy shots, you can walk in any time during shot hours at our Arlington clinic. Plan to stay 30 minutes after your injection so our nurses can watch for a reaction. Shot hours are listed on this page.

Do you see children at the Arlington clinic?

Yes. All three Aller-Vista clinics see children from 6 months old as well as adults. Our testing rooms are set up so a parent can stay close, and our staff are used to working with nervous kids.

Is there a Spanish- or Arabic-speaking provider in Arlington?

Our front desk teams speak Spanish, and several staff speak Arabic. If you would like a bilingual provider or a medical interpreter, mention it when you book and we will arrange it at no cost to you.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, a list of your medicines and any past allergy test results. Stop antihistamine pills 5 to 7 days before skin testing unless your provider tells you otherwise, and keep taking asthma controller medicines.
