Current Aller-Vista patients can use our secure patient portal to:
- See upcoming appointments and request new ones
- View test results and visit summaries
- Message your care team with non-urgent questions
- Request prescription refills
- Download school forms, food allergy action plans and asthma action plans
- Pay your bill
Getting access
After your first visit, we email you a personal invitation link to set up your portal account. Parents and guardians can request proxy access for children under 18. If you did not receive an invitation, or need a new link, call your clinic or email [email protected] and we will send one.
For your security, Aller-Vista will never ask for your portal password by phone, text or email.
Not urgent? Message us. Urgent? Call.
Portal messages are answered within one business day. For anything urgent, call (817) 704-3182. If you are having a severe reaction or trouble breathing, call 911.
